the value for money is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location is just beautiful! The hotel is situated very close to an amazing place , and it's a great bonus to have such a lovely backdrop. Lastly, the staff was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The basic amenities in the room were also great, and I particularly appreciated having AC on the ground floor.

Had a lovely Christmas stay here! the rooms were simple but clean and practical, with comfortable beds and helpful staff. the location on the university campus was great, with a big playground nearby and a zoo and funfair not far away. We also enjoyed the fact that it was close to an aqua park and thermal water, perfect for a relaxing winter break.

Be aware that the hotel is a bit remote from the city centre and tram stops, so you'll need to rely on buses to get around. the public transportation system in the area can be a bit chaotic and confusing, with only paper tickets and timetables available.

The noise level was unbearable. There was a loud party that lasted until 3 am and the walls were thin enough to hear everything. Breakfast was not satisfactory, limited options with not enough food for everyone. Staff complained about guests and made us feel unwelcome.

The spacious room had everything we needed, and the campus environment added a unique touch to our stay. The hotel's quiet location, just 1.5km from the center, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. I also appreciated the receptionist who spoke English fluently and was friendly during our check-out.
